The Affordable Housing & Community Connections (AH&CC) department responsible for executing the Town Council’s affordable housing and community connections goals in the Town of Chapel Hill. The department consists of three divisions: Affordable Housing, Community Connections, and Public Housing. Together, AH&CC seeks to expand affordable housing opportunities in Chapel Hill and build community among underserved residents.
